They have fireplaces, lush landscaping, outdoor lighting, slate outdoor patios, mature trees, Spectrum WiFi, Spectrum TV App, 24/7 Security and they are walking distance from the Loyola Marymount University campus in Los Angeles.

We provide TWO courtesy cleaning services monthly, we provide monthly care packages and Noah's Bagels monthly.  LMU off campus housing is a breeze!
