Our Five Private Residences are owned by a fellow LMU alumni family who lives five minutes away and is deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of our private homes and who remains an active member of the Loyola Marymount University -- LAA Board Member (2015 to Present).

Our Five Private Residences are backed by a dedicated team of 18 members, we provide attentive maintenance, repairs, landscaping beautification and cleaning services for your private residence. 

Our Courtesy Cleaning Services is completed twice monthly and it also includes TidePods, Cascade, hand soap, Kleenex, toilet tissue, toothbrush and toothpaste — We take care of the details, so you can get more out of your LMU education.
