LMU Area Homes Application

If you are interested in renting one of our homes, please fill out the electronic application form below. This application will include general info and personal references. Everyone of your roommates should complete this electronic application.

A Credit Application will be requested after you tour the residence and your group decides to proceed with securing a lease agreement. This electronic application and the Credit Application are an LMU Homes courtesy and free.

Application Process Flow:
1) Provide electronic application form with personal references
2) Tour your preferred residence
3) If you would like to proceed with a lease agreement:
- Electronic signatures are requested for Credit Application
- Electronic signatures are requested for Lease Agreement
4) Security deposit is requested for each LMU Student
